At Modern Designs, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
